Transneft replaces Transneft-Druzhba CEO after oil contamination
MOSCOW, Jul 2 (PRIME) -- Russian oil pipeline monopoly has replaced Oleg Bogomolov, CEO of its subsidiary Transneft-Druzhba, on June 24 with Roman Kamozin following contamination of export oil flow in the Druzhba pipeline, as seen by PRIME on Tuesday the list of affiliates of Transneft.
The problem with the quality of oil coming from Russia to Europe across Belarus via the pipeline was registered in April. In May and June, Russia partially resumed exports of clean oil to Belarus, Ukraine, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland.
The Investigative Committee discovered fraud where several top executives of companies that are not subsidiaries of Transneft allegedly stole oil worth at least 1 million rubles.
